The network

What the seven case files add up to — and the conclusions that survived every attempt to break them.

What was mapped

Across all seven groups, who originates, who clips, who platforms - and which edges are documented interactions rather than same-vibe?

Eight case packets covering ~200 accounts, ~400 harvested posts, and ~50 documented edges reveal a fragmented information ecosystem, not a single coordinated operation. The Hinkle/Gulag production cell is the only proven integrated unit (70% same-hour amplification, bio-declared). The far-right cluster is fracturing post-Kirk. The Muslim-personality lane monetizes through gambling while fighting Israel advocates. The aggregators supply a different pipeline than the one influencers actually drink from. The anti-empire corridor maintains editorial standards distinct from influencer clipping but is parasitized as a clip source. The mega-amplifiers ignore seed content entirely. The state/covert press layer operates at industrial cadence but has no proven pipe into seeds.

Seven communities, not one operation

The single most important result here is a negative one. Mapping 7 case files against each other produced seven distinct communities joined by a handful of documented bridges — not one coordinated operation, and not seven sealed islands either. Anyone describing this ecosystem as a single machine with a single hand behind it is describing something the evidence did not find.

18 entities carry a recorded connection, joined by 21 edges into 2 clusters with no edge running between them. Choose a name to read the evidence behind its connections.

Each row is one entity, ordered by the group the research placed it in; each arc is one recorded connection, reaching as far as the two rows are apart. A solid arc is a documented relationship, a dashed one an observed interaction, a dotted one inferred coordination — and a fainter line is a lower confidence grade. Nothing here is drawn more firmly than the research graded it.

Each entry is one entity, ordered by the group the research placed it in; open one to read its recorded connections, each labelled with the kind of evidence behind it — documented, observed, or inferred — and the researchers’ confidence grade. Nothing here is stated more firmly than the research graded it.

13 further entities are in the roster with no connection recorded between them and anyone else, so they are named rather than drawn: Al Mayadeen, Ana Kasparian, Candace Owens, Dave Smith, GBC_Press (anon), Israel Exposed archive, Judging Freedom, Keith Woods, Motasem Dalloul, Open-source research desk, Press TV, Quds News Network, Times of Gaza. The bridges described below are written as prose rather than as pairs of entities, so none of them is drawn here — including the one that would join the drawing’s two clusters. The gap between them is what the edge data contains, not a claim that nothing crosses it.

What holds it together State alignment / automation

The lists above are the report’s own, and 7 of the names in them — Truthteller, EoP, Grayzone, Medhurst, Norton, DropSite, IRGC personas — belong to accounts the research did not enter into its entity roster. They are counted in a community here and cannot be counted in the drawing above, which is built from the roster. The gap is the report’s, and it is left visible rather than closed by guessing at an identity.

The bridges between them

Where the communities touch, they touch through individuals rather than through structures — an account that appears in two lanes, a wire that several of them read, a guest who moves between shows. These are the documented crossings:

  • Sneako (triple bridge): the far-right cluster file Shields show card; the Muslim personal-brand lane file Jvnior friendship; the Hinkle production cell file Hinkle ACP recruitment + "IRAN WAR WATCH" live co-stream [NEW].
  • Maté → Judge Nap: corridor journalism enters talk-show distribution.
  • Galloway: amplifies Hinkle + Gulag material to UK/Muslim audience.
  • clashreport wire: feeds Sulaiman, Mate, Hinkle simultaneously.
  • Kasparian-as-clipped-subject: Gulag clips her; Hinkle thanks her.

Findings that survived the contradiction pass

Each of these was tested against evidence that would have broken it, and held. Some of them cut against the premise the research started from — those are kept exactly as they came out, because a program that only ever confirms itself is not worth reading.

  1. Two pipelines, not one. Palestinian aggregators document Gaza; Iran-war wires feed influencers. The two almost never cross.
  2. The only confirmed production cell is Hinkle–Gulag–ACP, and it's self-declared in his bio — not covert coordination.
  3. The Kirk assassination is the ecosystem's fracture line: it split Gage from Shields/Peters, drives Candace's investigation economy, fuels Parker's "dual operation" frame, and is uniformly rejected by court evidence.
  4. Monetization shapes content more than ideology does: Rainbet (gambling) sponsors both Jvnior and Sneako; Truthteller charges $1000 to unblock; Wallace/Lucre run pure engagement bait with zero conflict content.
  5. Bot amplification is documented historically (Cyabra 40% fake followers for Hinkle; NCRI false-flag pipeline) but was NOT independently re-verified in this program's T0 windows.
  6. No evidence of a single command structure across any two groups. Every proposed inter-group edge is either audience spillover, shared upstream wire, or individual personality choice.
  7. Category discipline matters: Gaza journalists ≠ anonymous archives ≠ Western outlets ≠ named professors ≠ parody accounts. The dataset preserves these distinctions.

Documented edges

Every connection below was observed or documented, and each carries the kind of evidence that stands behind it: documented means stated on the record, observed means seen happening in public posts, and inferred means a pattern consistent with coordination that was not established.

What is not established

Not established

  • All cases used convenience samples (mirror layers + API precision slices); relative timestamps on mirror layer; no video playback (caption-vs-footage fidelity untested); engagement figures decay; no follow-graph pulled per operator decision; T1/T2 historical windows under-sampled relative to T0; Arabic/Hebrew/Farsi reply mining shallow.

What would change the assessment

  • Discovery that Gulag is an independent fan account would downgrade the Hinkle production cell file rel_05 to mutualism
  • A single documented GBC/IRGC-persona caption appearing verbatim in Hinkle or Sulaiman feeds would establish the missing state-to-influencer pipe
  • Evidence of shared staff/funding between any two group leaders would collapse the seven-community model into fewer clusters
  • Proof that Wallace/Lucre DO relay seed clips outside sampled windows would restore the amplifier model

How this was gathered, and what that limits

All cases used convenience samples (mirror layers + API precision slices); relative timestamps on mirror layer; no video playback (caption-vs-footage fidelity untested); engagement figures decay; no follow-graph pulled per operator decision; T1/T2 historical windows under-sampled relative to T0; Arabic/Hebrew/Farsi reply mining shallow.
